'Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. 'The location was the the first thing that struck me. It's in this seemingly quiet courtyard area next to a building with a pachinko parlor and a 7-11. The train station entrance is a one-minute walk, but I never heard any noise from my room. The room we had on the second floor was cozy with a nice big bed. We took advantage of the bathtub since the summer days are very hot and humid. Breakfast provided in the morning had several great options. But we also picked up some pastries nearby too....

'This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it. '

'スタッフは若い男女でさわやか。 室内で飲食出来ない（蓋付きのペットボトルは良い）から汚れようがないのは上手。 飲食は共同スペースでレンジも使えます。夜中も使えます。 カードキーをエレベーターかざして部屋階まで行く。 シャワーは部屋には無いけど共同スペースにあって空いていたら使えるけどほぼ空いている。 夜はカギが無いと建物にすら入られない。 夜コンサートから帰った息子はチェックイン時に居なかったから外に迎えに行って入室。 共同スペースで500円の英会話教室とかやってる関係か外国の方が多い。 か、外国の方がホステル好きなのかも。 僕はまた使いたいと思ってます。 めちゃくちゃお勧めってわけじゃないけど減点が見つからないので満点。 武蔵小金井駅から徒歩3分だからなんでもあるし、駐車場も1日1000〜2000円のがたくさんあります。 強いて言えば外国のホテルのように冷房ガンガンです。（キンキンに冷やすのがおもてなし？みたいな、、、）自分で設定温度変えられないけど、フロントまで行って、言えば上げてくれました。 以上。'
