'The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite.

'We have stayed at this property four times and each time is easier than the last. This is our go to hotel for any concert or sporting event we attend in the area. Rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Amenities are perfect for us. This is a great choice!'

'Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again. We booked a one-bedroom king suite, but the experience was disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable and constantly squeaked, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no dresser available to store clothes and housekeeping was every other day. The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. Aside from that, the room itself was quite poor for the money paid!'
