'The first suite that my wife and I got was dirty. The sheets were pulled up on the bed and seemed new, but otherwise there was food on the floor, all through the suite, a curtain was half pulled down from one of the windows, and more. But when we complained the hotel staff upgraded us to a new, nicer (and clean) room, which was great. The non-housekeeping staff couldn't have been better. However, the folks with housekeeping need a serious, serious talking to, and somebody not with housekeeping...

There was a spa shower with 4 showerheads, a bluetooth connection to stream your spa music, a bidet seat, and a steam-free mirror. Just amazing! Better than most spa's I've visited. The bed was also comfy. Definitely ask for a room with a renovated bathroom and make sure you don't stay in a room that faces the pool in the atrium. These don't seem very private and would probably be noisy.'

'Very spacious room. New construction and clean room. Had many ammenities, like fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, fully stocked dishes and kitchenware. Did not use any of these as we spent just the night but will book again in the future. Great location to U of M. Arrived too late to use the pool.
