'Dont expect service of any sort that requires humans. They dont have a kitchen for lunch/ dinner etc. so food has to be delivered (to the front desk). If you expect a sofa bed to be made (booked a king suite for 3 people) - dont bother (pick linen up from reception & make your own bed).'
