I had a knee injury and the staff quickly prepared an ice bag for me.
The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and the bed was comfortable as well. Nespresso coffee in the room was wonderful.
I look forward to staying at the Vanguard again.

'We have stayed here twice in and will come again. The room is large, the bathroom is well-designed to be helpful for someone who is physically disabled.
The bed is cozy. The desk is spacious, the TV is large and there is a perfect litttle table at the sofa. (So perfect, I bought one like it for my house.) Breakfast was great, too. 'It is a lovely and unique bed and breakfast. Each room was themed, which was really cool. I stayed in the neverland themed room that had such wonderful little details throughout that was a treat to explore. The breakfast was delicious and the set up with service felt like out of a movie. I had a wonderful stay and would stay again!'

'The first suite that my wife and I got was dirty. The sheets were pulled up on the bed and seemed new, but otherwise there was food on the floor, all through the suite, a curtain was half pulled down from one of the windows, and more. But when we complained the hotel staff upgraded us to a new, nicer (and clean) room, which was great. The non-housekeeping staff couldn't have been better. However, the folks with housekeeping need a serious, serious talking to, and somebody not with housekeeping...
