'My husband and I liked everything about the room with one exception. The shower had no grab bars for safety and that was an issue for both of us. We appreciated the fact that the room was comfortable without chairs or tables we didn't need nor want. The bed was extemely comfortable with large perfect pillows. '

'The first suite that my wife and I got was dirty. The sheets were pulled up on the bed and seemed new, but otherwise there was food on the floor, all through the suite, a curtain was half pulled down from one of the windows, and more. But when we complained the hotel staff upgraded us to a new, nicer (and clean) room, which was great. The non-housekeeping staff couldn't have been better. However, the folks with housekeeping need a serious, serious talking to, and somebody not with housekeeping...

'Great place to stay with a super nice staff. The room was well appointed and housekeeping left the paper towels with a paper towel bow and the Kleenex as a flower. Really sweet and welcoming and unexpected. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast as an option. Great Job! Would definitely stay again. '

Conveniently located near the university. Aldina (front-desk) and Heather (server) were very kind to us during our stay! The included breakfast was a nice touch! We will be back again.'

Stayed at a Hyatt the previous night at twice the price and was not as nice as Hampton.
