The garden is blooming with colour during spring. You can take in the beauty and enjoy the serenity from the large, undercover north facing deck making entertaining a breeze. There is also an adjacent undercover B.B.Q area equipped with gas B.B.Q - perfect for family & friends gatherings.

The formal living area includes a slow combustion fireplace and complimentary firewood is supplied during the months of May to September. Ducted heating throughout ensures you are kept cosy during the winter months. Split system reverse cycle air conditioning in the casual living room and the main bedroom ensures comfort all year round.

To enhance your culinary exploration, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer.

Other amenities include Smart T V and free Wi-Fi, while practical amenities such as a clothes dryer & washing machine ensure you ease into your holidays. Please note the TV has streaming services, but there is N O free to air T V available.

Bedding & Linen - all beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas and pillows, bath towels, bathmats and hand towels for the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen.

Please note - all long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the Weekend Tariff and Easter is a minimum 4 night stay. Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 9 guests.
