Fijn appartement in binnenstad
Fijn appartement voor weinig geld. Huisnummer volgens info is 48 op de deur staat echter 50 beloofde espresso apparaat was niet aanwezig. Ik ga zeker terug

The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. Further more the toilet walls had condensation and damp everywhere in addition to not having an extractor fan meaning the bathroom smelled awful for the duration of our trip. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay and would not recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation.

Pull out bed was broken. Mattress was U-shaped and filthy. Floorboards had water come out from under them when toilet was flushed. Mold and water damage along skirting boards. Cement dust all over everything from construction in and around unit. Never seen a worse place to spend a night. Decided to stay in a hotel and owner did not grant a refund despite contact from third party vendor to do so. No phone number to contact anyone physically. Avoid at all costs

Upon arrival, I did not receive the access code to the apartment and had to phone to obtain it on a bank holiday. We were travelling with young children and this was a frustrating start to my stay, and I would have appreciated receiving this information in advance. The apartment lacked some basic facilities such as a dustpan to sweep up dirt. This made it difficult to maintain cleanliness during my stay. Additionally, I found that while the apartment had cooking facilities, the large windows could not be opened as the handle had been removed. This made it difficult to get fresh air into the apartment. The rest of the apartments in the building were undergoing renovations during my stay, which resulted in a lot of dust in the hallways. Despite these disappointments, the apartment was well-located in a lovely city. The location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing local amenities. However, I would hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Tv did not work, stairs in the flat were crazy stee and not communicated to us at all.

Central and easy to get in with the codes and directions provided. State of the property is not the best. Dirty bathroom and very loud at night due to guests passing through first floor.
