'Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap.'

'I almost dont want to wrkte a review as it will get booked , but this little.gem was fabulous. Great.hosts lovely evening menu the chilli was amazing. The continental breakfast is cute and coffee is large and strong and hot. Super comfy beds and pligs that make sense Parking was accesible Room is gorgeous and really.spacious and comfy Honestly cant rate highly enough Enjoyed it and didnt want to leave '

'A pretty village pub in a lovely location. Spacious room ( we were given an upgrade), very comfortable bed. Excellent well cooked breakfast. But best of all the very welcoming friendly and efficient staff. They could not have been more charming and helpful '

'歴史的な建物を利用したとても素敵なホテルでした。バスタブが室内にあり、シャワールームもありました。併設のパブには犬連れの人が多くいましたが、皆とてもフレンドリーで静かに美味しいビールを楽しめました。すぐ近くにはお城の遺跡やビールの醸造所があります。次の仕事のためにタクシーを手配してくれて助かりました。小さなホテルの良さがギュッと詰まっています。またぜひ行きたくなるホテルでした。日本人にはイギリスのカントリーサイドを楽しむためにぜひ訪れてほしいです。駅に近く、スーツケースを持っていても歩いていけます。'

'After changing our room we had an excellent stay. Please note that if you book two single beds and a walk-in shower, you will not stay in the old part of the hotel. That part dates from 1600 and is really beautiful with its history. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.'

'Het hotel is prima en netjes, helaas hadden wij geen warm water en konden dus niet douchen. Bij de receptie hebben wij dit aangegeven en het zou die dag gemaakt worden. Echter ook dag 2 hadden wij geen warm water. Heel vervelend, en bij de receptie werd vertelt dat ze gekeken hadden maar dat alles in orde zou zijn. Helaas was dit niet het geval.'

"De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. Zowel aan de voorkant als achterkant van het hotel vind je alles waarvoor je naar Brighton gaat. Kamers zijn ruim en bieden precies wat je nodig hebt. Badkamer kent wat achterstallig onderhoud en van de bedden mag je een hogere verwachting hebben. Al met al prima voor twee dagen. "
