'Super nice staff, very clean, not much around but was quiet'

'Clean. Very few Handicap parking spots but other parking options were fairly close. Easy drive to the CHI Center. No breakfast but if you have the extra time the Perkins next door will supposedly give you a discount if you provide your room number.'

'We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid. '

'The guy that was working the front desk on 5/8/26 around 3pm helped when my panicking wife called because I wasnt responded to get up for an early flight. He went above and beyond to clam my wife over the phone. I was unresponsive because of extremely low blood suger. He knocked on the door and kept calling the room till I came out of it and was able to bring my sugar up. I used to be one of America's heroes and today he was mine. Thank you!'

'Older property and high cost per night Casino was fun Not the cleanest room but my brothers room was clean'

'The freezer on the fridge was large so we could re-freeze our ice packs. The place was quiet, room was fine. Pillows were hard and the breakfast selections'

'Breakfast was late and cold Walls are paper thin. Guest was coughing and clearing their throat every 2 seconds. Worst sleep score of all time'

'The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa.'

'The overall stay was really good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned every day upon my request and easily accessible to the downtown area. The beds are comfortable given that we came in 1 am and went straight to bed! The view was awesome and overall the stay was commendable. Thanks to the overall staff and we will definitely be back!'

'Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely...

'Large rooms. Excellent breakfast! Used the breakfast area later in day for a family gathering and it was great! Close to downtown.'
