'My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside...

Every room was clean. They had perfect directions printed out for the surrounding area and how to take care of their place. I would have to say this is in my top 3 most favorite properties I have ever been to. '
