'The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. 'What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. 'We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast.'

'Great location, right near the town square. The house was clean and well kept. Very doggie friendly with a fenced in yard and even dog bowls. My daughter loved the bedroom across the hall from us. The chairs in the yard were well used by me and an old friend. We spent hours out there catching up. It really is a lovely home with easy in and out and a kind and responsive owner. Thank you!'

'For UD family weekend, we stayed at the charming Clover cottage. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The home was not only clean and well-maintained, but also featured an incredibly comfortable bed. It’s located within a reasonable walking distance to the UD campus and just a block away from ghost light coffee shop. The host was excellent promptly responding to all our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.'
