'It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. 'A group of 7 friends gathered for 5 days to enjoy Franklin and Nashville. The home was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped! The hostess met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property which was very helpful. We had a minor issue with plumbing and it was addressed and solved immediately. This was a perfect place for our stay!'

'This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure.'

It appears that we might have been the first to stay since listed as most of the items common to the house still had tags on them or in the boxes. The listing discription said it has a hot tub but it does not, that wasnt a deal breaker for us though. They might have just checked the wrong box by mistake when creating the listing. The master bath does have a deep soaker like tub however. App communication was good...

'Had a hard time finding it the first night. But that was the GPS fault. You need to turn on the road by the cemetery & it's on your left from there. We loved the fire pit & sitting out there at night listening to the coyotes call to each other's packs. The owners have tried to update the house in several places. It served our purpose just fine.'

'This stay was just as nice as the previous stay. The house was clean. We were close to family & had a good time. The property owner had snacks available & toiletries that one may have forgotten. I will say to the property owner there may be rodents near or under the porch we kept hearing scratching sounds around that area. Also there were a few cobwebs & spiders in the door frame of the bedroom closets to the front door & in the corner by that same bedrooms bedside table. Overall we were pleased...
