<br>The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely residence (called "RESIDENCE MOLINARI LAKE COMO") with four apartments. <br>A luxury apartment of 90 square meters built 2 years ago with high-end furniture (also includes a garden and terrace with a fantastic lake view, both private).<br>The apartment is located in a small town just 5 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como.<br>Air conditioning is available in all rooms.<br>Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.<br>Private parking is included in the price.<br>If you’re looking for a healthy, peaceful, and relaxing vacation away from the noise, this is the place for you.<br>A lovely house with a breathtaking view of the lake, just a few steps from a public beach.<br>The apartment is on the first floor of a private residence with four apartments.<br>It features a spacious living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a romantic dinner.<br>The master bedroom has a comfortable standard double bed, while the second bedroom has three single beds—two of which can be joined to form a double bed upon request (when booking).<br>A baby cot and a high chair for a child are available upon request (at the time of booking) at no charge.<br>- HOUSE RULES -<br><br>PASSPORT REGISTRATION:<br>We will request passports from everyone in your group upon arrival for passport registration; this is required by the local police and for tourism statistics for the Lombardy Region.<br><br>TOURIST TAX<br>Please note that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of €1 per person (children under 13 years of age are exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH at check-in.<br><br>SERVICE CHARGE<br>The gratuities of €70 includes: linens, towels, and final cleaning.<br>For stays longer than 10 days, there is an additional cleaning of the apartment and a free change of sheets and towels midway through the stay (absolutely free).<br>A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.<br>HEATING<br>Heating is not included in the price but is charged at €10 per day; please remember to turn it down when <br>you aren’t in<br><br><br>LATE CHECK-IN<br>A late check-in fee (AFTER 9:30 p.m.) of €30 will apply, payable in cash.<br>CHECK-OUT is by 10:30 a.m.
