'Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.'

'Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own...

'Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.'

'The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep.'
