'Staff are very nice , location is in the highway can be noisy at night due to vehicles passing by'

'My third time staying at Chali. Excellent food, great staff, great views, super clean, great amenities, very private, centrally located, and I'd recommend Chali to everyone.'

'It does not have a single suite, and the best rooms are on the 4th floor, with no elevator. If you are broke, then there regular room might work, but you might not have room for your luggage.'

'Limited parking, room dusty, not well maintained, furniture old.'

'After sooo many years, it is great to have a hotel that has international type of services and quality in cagayan de oro. Only found the location of the lobby on the 4th floor to be a bit inconvenient!!'
