'Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage. '

'Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.'

'No es un resort para latinos! El trato es muy malo y la diferencia del trato que le dan a estadounidenses es muy desigual al que recibe uno. En dos ocasiones me hicieron bajarme del transporte a la playa porque un estadounidense pidió ir en el lugar que yo tenía sin ninguna justificación. Pedía una toalla para la alberca y me mandaban de empleado en empleado por una. Mientras a los demás se las daban sin tanto lío. Todos hablan inglés como si fuera el único idioma ignorando que tú eres latino...

'Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,...
