'Customer service was amazing, staff at front desk, valet, the restaurant and room service were all friendly, very helpful and kind. Room was a bit dusty, and furniture was pretty worn. As for amenities, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tubs and spa. Online they make it sound like they have two heated pools, only one which children are allowed to use. During our 5 night stay we weren’t able to use the pool at all because everytime we tried both hot tubs and the...

'Fantastic little gem in an equally fantastic location in the heart of old Quebec City. Staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities were really nice and the room was extremely clean and well equipped. The spa was a welcomed, calm and very clean space after a long day of walking. Loved the free coffee machine in the lounge. My kids were thrilled about all of the games as well. The wine bar was a really nice added touch. Would absolutely stay again!'
