'Great no-frills motel on Rt 1 just off 95. Friendly staff, clean room, fairly quiet for the location. There are plenty of options for food and easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. This was a fine place to rest my head for the weekend.'

'I loved that we got to stay in a whole colonial, well-appointed, immaculate house by ourselves. I loved the staff, that went out of its way. The grounds are beautiful, as are the accommodations. I didn't like my breakfast, a "sandwich" made from a croissant, some flavorless cheese, a fried egg and overcooked, very salty bacon. No garnishes. Croissant was second-rate. Should have had tomato or greenery. Caused us to cancel our dinner reservation. Other than that, the staff was amazing,...
