'Overall a very nice stay. We would have liked daily house keeping and overall more friendly staffing. All staff where doing what was needed but not all of them with heart behind the service. We also did not enjoy the comfort of the bed and pillows. The rooms and the resort are beautiful though and the atmosphere was fabulous. The pool is nice however daily cleaning of it would make it nicer. It seemed to need a shocking. The food was satisfactory to good however unlimited fresh water beverages...

'My only suggestion is to clean the garbage littered in the beach-lounging area. There’s also litter in the ocean (under Little Limon deck) that we picked up and a strong smell of sewage that hits the nostrils as soon as we exit our room or walk towards the Tiki bar. The ice cream place also needs to stay open later than 8. We stayed in room 218 and Friday going into Saturday evening, there was extremely loud music that went on from 10pm to about 1 am.
