'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). 'Great location! Can not beat the view from the lanai. Our host was very responsive and informative. The Islander staff were great. Loved the Sandbar. And the maintenance staff were so considerate when our hot water heater went out. They had it fixed within hours an we were able to take hot showers. So so appreciated!'
