'1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. 'Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.'
