The guest could not saty in our accomodation.So it is not completely true. The fact is that we apologise but we could give them a room since room was not ready and none of the staff was at the hotel,cause of covid new organisation. The booking was a last minute one same day .... we didnt even realised it. very sorry

We are very happy that you liked the house, Casa Nuestra is a guest house which does not function as a hotel, that is why to make the reservation the person is required, once you have visualized the photos of the room of preference , through the websites, according to availability, it is reserved. Casa Nuestra works with Expedia, the portal where the room of need is displayed, so you can see that we do not have a room with two double beds. Our guests, depending on their stay, handle different packages and in each case it is self-service. Edible supplies are supplied and placed in the dining area and kitchen for breakfast, so that people can use themselves, of which you had access, free availability and consumption. The policy of standard of care of Casa Nuestra is the daily change of towels, and change every 4 days of sheets (in users of more than 3 days). This is taken into account based on the recommendations collected from our users. For Casa Nuestra, guests are friends / family, regardless of the days they stay. In this sense, it is important, not to mention, that common and private spaces must be respected. It is not polite to use unreserved rooms. We are very sorry, we will improve when communicating about the bunk bed room, and the shower (it is first time we have a complain so it shoudl be a new problem) and of course on cleaning ! I dont know what happened with the cleaning, we take care of that , we sorry . Thank you

Very sorry for the concert tickets, my fault. Regarding breakfast as any accommodation if you arrive day x, your breakfast is for the next morning. Check in is normally at noon but we are flexible when we can we receive our guests earlier for their comfort. Any way sorry if we didnt explain this in due time. normally it works like that.
