Het hotel ligt naast een straat met gezelluge eettentjes en vlakbij het Kennedypark. We hadden een mooi ruim appartement. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen door engels sprekende, hele aardige mensen achter de receptie. Het enige minpuntje was een lekkende airco. Verder was alles top, en ontbijt was zeer goed.

La ubicación del hotel, muy céntrica en especial el punto medio de Miraflores. El tamaño de la habitacion muy amplia, cómoda y con todas las necesidades para descansar. Incluso tenía frio bar que nos permitó acceder a tomar agua por la hora que llegamos. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención de todos espectacular y amable tanto de las personas en recepción, vigilantes, meseros y personal de limpieza. Un punto a resaltar es que me ayudaron amable y proactivamente en todo momento con un inconveniente con mi vehículo que estaba en el estacionamiento y lograron encenderlo. Agradezco con especial atención al encargado de operaciones que nos permitió salir de este inconveniente con su ayuda. Gracias nuevamente. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel.

It is a great property that is conveniently located near everything in Miraflores. The rooms are spacious, and having a kitchen is fantastic. Additionally, the hotel staff was always helpful, answering our requests and questions with great care.

Good location, good place (in renovated rooms).
We booked two rooms, for two parts of the family. One of the rooms was really nice, the other one was really shabby and old, with a bad-smelling carpet. We demanded a change, and fortunately they did it, and gave us a second good room. So, make sure you ask for one of the *renovated* rooms if you stay at Estelar. Those rooms are really good; breakfast is very nice, service is excellent, the location is really the best possible. But don't stay in an unrenovated room!!!

“Welcome drink” is not welcomed.
The hotel is good. We were offered welcome drinks on arrival. The drink offered was pisco. We don’t drink, and we asked if we can choose any other options, like juices. The stuff told us either pisco or coffee. No other option. We were not feel welcomed. We also stayed Hotel Estelar Miraflores, we also had welcome drinks there, and we were offered juice. If you cannot provide some verity of drinks, then don’t offer it.

Amazing! We loved it! I totally recommend this property. From the beginning, all the staff made us feel at home. They are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and the menu of the restaurant as well. We had a full day tour, and they made us breakfast box, to go. Also, they had, for me, a special detail for my birthday. We definitely come back...!

Excelente lugar para quedarse
Me fue bien con el hotel, muy buena atención, lugar limpio y cerca de todo restaurantes, bares, comercio en general a una cuadra del parque Kennedy. Lo único malo es la bulla en la madrugada de los conductores, se congestiona la calle del hotel y todos comienzan a tocar el claxon por un período largo, sucedió el jueves y viernes en la madrugada.

I had already pre-paid for a superior room but the first thing they do is try to upgrade you to an additional cost because the room you booked is'nt ready so the upgraded room is bigger and better. However once I get to the room it turns out to be right above the gym and all windows are internal and towards everyones workout. I ask for another room with windows at least facing out and apperently they had multiple rooms including smaller rooms. So clearly there was no need to upgrade me. Also they demand to hold the ID of your guest which is really intrusive and its fairly obvious that you will have visitors if you’re alone in a large appartment, speaking of, the appartment has two forks, knives and glasses altough you have seating for up to 10 people. Everything was poor, they could’nt help me change a 100 soles bill for my taxi and yet they do deal in cash… The gym staff tried to charge me for using the gym even if it was supposed to be included in the stay. Room interiour is worn and out dates. Breakfast was good tough

Nice stay here!
Nice stay here! The room is spacious with small kitchen and seating area and the big closet. I love the room leght window. There is nice breakfast line. The room is a little dated but it's nice and clean. Staff is friendly. They also have nice gym on the second floor.

Great customer service
The room itself was fine. The hotel is on the old side,but everything was clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice. What makes this place stand out is the customer service. I have travelled a lot to a lot of nice places. The stff here was the best ever. They were very professional and attentive while at the same time making us feel like valued family. They were great. The area is safe with restaurants and stores easily accessible with short walks.
