The space
This apartment is located on the 9th floor of a brand new building. Designed with a modern open concept it has great natural light and comfortable spaces.
It’s perfect for couples, friends and families looking to enjoy their time in the city, in Miraflores best location.
The apartment is professionally deep cleaned between stays, and has constant maintenance to keep everything perfect for each guest. Our music themed apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, living room with a big smart tv and sofa bed, plus balcony overlooking the city, and on sunny days you can even watch the ocean.
We offer washer/dryer, iron and iron board, and cleaning supplies to get you started, don’t feel like cleaning or washing/ironing during your stay? Just request our maid service starting at $20. Our apartment is comfortable for up to 6 people and a child, if you need we can offer you a play and pack, baby bath, and high chair starting at $50 per week.
The rooms are as follow:
Main bedroom: En suite full bathroom with shower, big double closet, piano inspired desk, queen bed, smart 43” TV, and of course room darkening shades.
Second bedroom: Open concept, access to full bathroom with shower, closet, full length mirror, 43” smart TV, and room darkening shades.
Living room: smart 43” TV, comfortable double sofa bed, room darkening shades.
Kitchen: fully equipped for up to 6 people.
Parking: one free of charge parking space on the second basement
This building has gym, rooftop pool, bbq and amazing city views.
Guest access
Our guests have full access to the apartment and garage during the stay. You can also use the gym, just wear appropriate clothing and check at the front desk if its available, if you want to use the pool or bbq area, let us know 48 hours in advance and we will give you the green light, it has a maximum capacity, and only registered guest can use it, no parties allowed.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind we do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, nor any events, this is a residential building so quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
This is a nonsmoker property, so smoking even with the windows open, could result in a fine of $200 for extra cleaning.
We request picture ID for each guest staying at our property.
There is a refundable security deposit of $200 to be paid before check in (only for accounts without previous stays or few reviews
We offer super-fast internet and 3 smart TVs. where you can log into your netflix, disney, hbo and other accounts, we also provide a login for cable go, where you can watch live TV on your phone or laptop.
We can help you schedule airport transfer in a comfortable 14 passenger van with ac if needed.
