We haven’t had water next day we arrive. For some circustance one of kitchen lavatory faucet was open and when the water service was open water flooded the hole aparment an also the elevator stop working for several days. We have to use thé stairs 6 floors for 3 days. And at end of a staying i had pay 300 extra dollars. It was a stressful instead of a relaxing vacation Time.

This place was clean and is in an excellent location. The only minor problem is that there is no heat and the clothes dryer did not work. The clothes dryer was not listed on the property description, but it was in front of the washer, so we thought we had lucked out. The owner should remove the non functional clothes dryer from the living area. Even with the dryer issue, I would definitely stay here again!

It was late when we arrived at night and Rodolfo was so kind to give us a ride to the closest restaurant because our kids were very hungry. We had a great time at Rodolfo’s place in Mira Flores..Perfect location, close to the malacon and Larcomer. Review of apartment at Miraflores.

Overall, I was very happy with this property including the property owner who was very cordial and hospitable. My family and I felt very safe in the area. The apartment is well located as lot of places such as restaurants, supermarkets, museums, hospitals, convenient stores or bodegas etc.. were within walking distance. The only minor comment that I have is the fact that due to the close proximity to the ocean, the apartment has a humid odor, including the closets. A suggestion that I have is perhaps placing air freshners in the closets and if possible in the rooms. I would recommend the rental of this property to other people. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con este departamento incluyendo con el dueno de este departamento que demostro ser una persona muy cordial y hospitalaria y porque nos sentiamos seguros en el area. Mi opinion es que esta bien ubicado cerca de muchos lugares como restaurantes, supermercados, museos, hospital y bodegas etc.. y estan cerca para llegar a ellos caminando. El unico comentario que tengo es que debido a la ubicacion cerca al mar, el departamento adquiere un olor a humedad que incluye los closets. Una sugerencia podria ser poner "air fresheners" en los closets que en Peru creo que lo llaman ambientador. Yo si recomendaria a personas que vienen del extranjero rentar este departamento. Wonderful view and centrally located!

Wonderful month in Lima!!!

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. Also a block to the Malecon to go for a nice jog with a beautiful ocean view. The place is spacious as shown on the pictures, with well equipped kitchen. We did not use it much but had the main necessities for our stay. Also a plus, the apartment has parking space available. The host Rodolfo was very prompt: excellent service oriented !!! He was in constant communication to make sure we are comfortable. There was an issue with the internet speed of the apartment and he promptly worked with the telecom company on it and tracked it to resolution. Also, we were locked out one night and he expedited a delivery of spare keys to us. Great location with an Excellent host.
