Ideal for groups seeking comfort and privacy. Located in a safe and quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Malecón, Larcomar, restaurants, and shops. It features 7 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and hotel-style decor. Optional services at an additional cost: air conditioning or heating per room and an additional double bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom (upon request). The house is for the exclusive use of your group.

Accommodations
The house features a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay.
Outside, you’ll find a garden with a covered terrace equipped with seating, ideal for relaxing, socializing as a group, or enjoying the outdoors.

On the first level, there is a guest bathroom. In addition, we have an extra bedroom on the first floor with the same amenities as the other bedrooms, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or need easy access. This bedroom is usually kept locked, so it must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

All bedrooms feature a private bathroom, a safe, a closet, coat hooks, and a luggage rack, so you can comfortably organize your luggage during your stay. In addition, some rooms have a minibar for added convenience.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas included in their reservation, such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, garden, covered terrace, guest bathroom, and the reserved bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

If you wish to use the additional bedroom on the first floor, you must request it in advance, as it is normally kept locked. Its availability is subject to confirmation.

For safety reasons, access to the roof is not permitted.
