'The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund.'

'Great house, great views, loved the sheep. Only issue is house was described (and shown in map) as being very close to Tralee when in reality it is about 45 minutes from Tralee. That meant we faced a fair amount more driving than we expected. Otherwise, all was good.'

L’appartement est comme neuf. La literie de très bonne qualité. Andriana nous a conseillé sur les visites dans les alentours. Le logement est bien situé pour les visites de Kilarney , le « ring of Kerry » n’est pas loin, et gros coup de cœur pour la visite de « gap of Dunloe ».'

'Very cute accommodations in a very rural farming community (read as lots of cows around). Not many places to eat, nowhere opens before 11:30a so breakfast is on you. No beach access as pictured but it is a wonderful "base" if your plan is to drive Western Ireland / Wild Arlantic Way Tubridy's Pub (across the street) was wonderful and welcoming!'
