Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.'

The "breakfast served daily" note in this Expedia listing is to be interpreted as served downtown in the restaurant of your choice (and paid for by you) LOL.
