Bethany Bungalow is een 1925 twee slaapkamers, een badkamer thuis. Wij staan op een korte lijst van villa's, huisjes of vakantiehuizen te huur in het centrum van Lincoln, Nebraska. Mike & Sue Vint van Lincoln zijn de eigenaren.

Dit 850 vierkante voet huis is onlangs gerenoveerd, is volledig ingericht en biedt een comfortabel alternatief voor langere hotelovernachtingen, weekenduitstapjes en extra huisvesting voor vakanties en familiebijeenkomsten. Met zijn ligging in het centrum van Lincoln, is het dicht bij winkels, restaurants, fietspaden en entertainment. Het ligt op 10 minuten van het centrum en de meeste hogescholen in Lincoln. Het huis wordt aan slechts één partij tegelijk verhuurd, dus als je hier bent, ben jij de enige hier.

De keuken is uitgerust met nieuwe apparaten en omvat koelkast, gasfornuis, magnetron, broodrooster oven, mixer, koffiezetapparaat, servies en bestek. De eethoek biedt plaats aan vier. De twee slaapkamers hebben elk een queensize Euro-topmatras en grote kasten. De vernieuwde badkamer heeft een bad met douche, toilet en wastafel. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden verstrekt. De woonkamer is ingericht met een 48-inch flatscreen-tv, kabel, gratis draadloos internet en een dvd / BluRay-speler met streamingmogelijkheden (abonnement vereist voor betaalde services, zoals Netflix). Een wasmachine en droger zijn beschikbaar voor uw wasgoed. Het gebruik van al deze apparatuur is allemaal inbegrepen in uw vergoeding.

Andere voorzieningen zijn onder andere parkeren op straat, een veilige buurt en een zeer gunstige locatie. Deze woning is geschikt voor vier personen.

Loved my nice stay at Bethany bungalow. I was there for my grandson‘s graduation from high school and Bethany bungalow is close my son’s home. It was perfect because his family could visit me and since his house is small, it was difficult to make room for grandma to stay any length of time. This was perfect and I will be back again.

We rented The Bethany home for my husband and my father as we were visiting my dads lifetime friend in Lincoln! Bethany House was the perfect place for us! We had our guests over, who are in their 90’s in the house me for visits and meals and the kitchen and dining room was just right!!! When the city warning siren went off indicating a potential tornado, I was alone in the house and texted the owner right away!! Sue answered immediately and calmed my fears!! Definite a great place to stay when in Lincoln!
