'Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.'

'We were really impressed by this house. The house was clean and beautiful inside and outside. My grandchildren really enjoyed the games and the claw game. Thank you for the snacks, the grandchildren enjoyed those as well. The house was centrally located to every activity we did while we were there. Although, my daughter lives in Beatrice, which is 40 minutes away, they came up and we did things in Lincoln. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here. It was too hot to go outside, but next time...
