A food truck is inexpensive down the street (10 min walk). 5 min walk from airport is the Lindbergh. Walk on beach to Emerald hotel 10 Heavenly, beautiful minutes. Shout out to the transportation supervisor Ms. Freeman, she went above and beyond to find a fruit that I had 40 years ago on the island and get me some. 'This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay. '
