Even with booking fairly short notice, the house was perfectly clean and ready for my kiddos and I. The location of the home worked out perfectly. It seemed to be ablut 15 minutes from just about anything we wanted or needed. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful home if you are looking to travel to the Bay City area. 'I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend.'

'We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet.
