We had fairly high expectations, as this was one of the most expensive hotels we booked during our six month trip through Southeast Asia (around $100 per night). 'We stayed for 5 days in this luxury hotel. Beautiful pool, and that was the best of our stay. This place can be very nice but needs a lot of upgrading to be real 5*. The rooms are cheaply decorated with a luxury touch. If you pay 275 euro per room per night you would expect a luxury bathroom with a bath and rain shower. There was only a simple handshower which you can expect in a hostal. Also the toilettries, cheap ones and the carton boxes of toilettries were full of fungus inside. Although...

'This was a unique stay in a prime location. Forest Camp is set against a hill where you have an insane view of the sea and islands. The cabins are equipped with all the essentials and the toilets and showers are tidy. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, thoughtful and helpful. '

'Such a cool place. Its got a great location to base youre travels from and a super cool and helpful staff if you need anything. Everything here has really been thought out well by the staff and management. They also are doing an expansion of the premises in this off season that looks like irs gonna be awesomene. The other really cool thing is its all off the grid on solar and has its own wells. Pair that with the great food and amazing staff makes this a go too for my EL Nido based trips'

'The room is at 10 minutes walking distance from El Nido Center and is big and has a nice terrace. It' s quit and next to the sea. The housekeeper is very friendly. The villa needs a construction though.'

'Very disappointing. We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. The property in the apps shows very nice pictures in the front of the property, it was faked. I even showed the pictures on the app to the caretaker. She...

'This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help...
