The studio is located on the ground floor of a traditional building and has its own private entrance directly from the street.

Rua de São Miguel is pedestrian-only in front of the property. Cars cannot reach the entrance, so the nearest vehicle-access point is around a 2-minute walk away through Alfama’s narrow streets.

- Living & Sleeping Area

The studio includes a living area with a sofa, armchair and TV.

The double bed is a fold-down wall bed integrated into the living space. During the day, the room works as a lounge; at night, the bed is lowered to create the sleeping setup.

Air conditioning is available.

- Kitchen & Dining Area

The compact kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and basic equipment for simple meals.

- This is a street-level studio with its entrance and front windows facing directly onto the street. Privacy may feel more limited when the shutters or windows are open.
- Natural light is more limited than in a typical upper-floor apartment.
- The studio is located opposite a local bar. Street, bar and nightlife noise can be significant, especially during evenings, weekends and the summer season.
- This is not the best choice for noise-sensitive guests or for those looking for a quiet residential setting.
- The double bed folds down from the wall into the living area, so there is no separate enclosed bedroom.
- Storage space is limited.
- Nearby construction works are ongoing, with no confirmed completion date. Daytime construction noise may occur.
- During June, Alfama is one of the main areas for Lisbon’s Santos Populares festivities, with music, street gatherings and noise until late.
- Alfama’s streets are narrow, cobbled and hilly, and luggage must be carried from the nearest vehicle-access point.

- Subway:
The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia, which is a short walk away. From there, you can easily access different parts of the city using the metro or bus to explore further.

- Electric:
One of the closest stops is on Rua São Tomé, on Tram 28. This popular tram passes through some of Lisbon's most iconic neighborhoods and attractions.

- Bus:
The nearest bus stop is on Rua dos Remédios, a short walk from the apartment. These stops serve several lines that can take you to different destinations within the city.

Car:
Please note that there is no free parking in the area.
The nearest parking is "Parque de Combate de Santa Apolónia", located in Largo das Olarias, approximately 5 minutes walking from the apartment. This car park is conveniently located next to the Santa Apolónia train and metro station.

￫ Please be aware that Alfama is a very busy area and there is a local bar in front of the apartment door, so we do not recommend it for people sensitive to noise.
￫ The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included.
￫ Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in takes place between 14:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be made available.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 am. On your departure, place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
