Overrated Hotel, 3 defects in room by arrival (broken lamp, locked sink and non working airco) 2nd day my room didn't had any electricity. Lamp not fixed ...but removed. Sink not resolved (ignored by staff). Breakfast is okay, bed a bit to hard (personal opinion) and bathroom functional but not very comfortable.

Zeer goed verblijf, voorherhaling vatbaar
De voorkeur die we vroegtijdig hadden aangegeven was niet beschikbaar. Dit is prima opgelost middels een upgrade. Helaas deed de airco niet wat ie moest doen, ook dit werd adequaat opgepakt. Prima! Ontbijt was goeden het zwembad was perfect. Dit hotel zou ik aanbevelen, ook vanwege de ligging, dicht bij de metro

Fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer was aan de kleine kant, maar wel heel schoon en netjes. De ligging was prima... OV en leuke eettentjes op loopafstand.

Comfortabel hotel op zeer goede locatie
Lissabon is een prachtige stad waar veel te doen en te zien is. Ook leuk is een uitstapje naar Sintra. Het hotel is niet al te groot, comfortabel, oude stad op loopafstand, uitstekend ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam. Ook uitstekende fitness!

Potrebbe migliorare.. il luogo dove si svolge il servizio collazione al mattino si sente ancora un forte odore di pesce.. (ristorante Japonese) e il servizio per un 4 stelle il cameriere dovrebbe servirti il caffè/te a tavola. la quantità dei camerieri dovrebbe essere superiore visto afflusso poiché spesso i tavoli sono ancora da pulìre. La pulizia del/Ei tavoli sarebbe bello vedere. Speravo non semplice set ma tovaglia..

In generale direi buono, potrebbe migliorare nel dopo servizio ristorante.. Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Diego- Guest relations provided excellent tips and guidance. The breakfast had many optioms to meet different dietaary needs. Very close to the Avenida metro station. Located at the center of the Avenida da Liberdade street. We walked to Baixa Chiado, Rossi station and many other parts of the city. Excellent plant based options nearby ( Honest greens)

Hotel is not 4 star, stayed at other 4* and definitely more luxurious. No robes, slippers supplied. Hotel is extremely tired looking and worn out. Funny smell in room. Strange design in shower room which when you closed the door the water leaks onto the floor. House keeping still hadn’t cleaned the room by 17.30. On the positive side, close to metro and local attractions

It was handily placed just off one of the main roads in Lisbon. Unfortunately some work was being done on the roof of the building which meant noise from 8am. The building next door was also being worked on. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom shower was badly designed making it difficult to get in and out of.

the breakfast was only about a 3 star and was in the ! Japanese restaurant, so there was a bit of a culture clash. I would have expected a proper breakfast and not with Nespresso pod coffee but real coffee.

Nach Google Navigation schwierig zu erreichen, da Einbahnverkehr und Strassen-Sperrungen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel sehr praktisch. Geeignete Ausgangslage für Sightseeingtour in Lissabon. Personal an Reception sehr freundlich. Unser Hund wurde für den Aufenthalt akzeptiert, was ein grosses Plus für uns ist. Unser Zimmer war von der Sauberkeit her ungenügend (insbesondere gestört hat uns die fleckige Bettwäsche, welche auf Nachfrage sofort gewechselt wurde). Einrichtung und Badezimmer: Matratze etwas durchgelegen, Teppichboden fleckig, Möbel teils verschlissen. Für unseren Geschmack waren in dem sowieso sehr kleinen Zimmer viel zu viele Möbelstücke untergebracht. Zum Frühstück und Bar/Poolbereich können wir nichts sagen, haben wir nicht genutzt. Plus ist das annehmbare Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei sehr praktischer Lage und freundlichem Personal.

Great location with a short walk from the main restaurant and bar areas. Staff were very helpful and parking outside the hotel was handy. Pool was a good size and quiet.

While the staff was friendly, the rooms are very small. We couldn't even unpack and put our clothes in a dresser. The restaurant only served Japanese food, and was not very tasty. Breakfast everyday was the absolute same thing, no variety. Apparently they were working on the hotel next door and we had to hear constant drilling. Would not recommend.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. They share a very nice pool with the sister hotel next door. Two drawbacks were the poor bathtub drainage and the cramped toilet.

Dyrt hotell med bra beliggenhet
Et helt greit hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet, men ingen sjarm og ekstra tjenester. Mer som bare sove og spise frokost sted. Utrolig lytt fra rommet til gangen, og der ble vi forstyrret flere ganger midt på natten av høyrøstede gjester. Det som drar ned, er at prisen var såpass høy at man forventet mer.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very clean, and the maid service was excellent. The restaurant was sushi, which was delicious but that’s just a one time visit. It did not have a variety of other foods. Along with breakfast, not opening till 830 and we were not able to take a vantage of that because we had tours. we did get a bag breakfast, which was not very good. Highly disappointed for a four-star hotel.

Clean, nice hotel with amenities like a pool and gym right in the heart of Lisbon for convenient walking access to tons of sights, shops, and restaurants. Felt very safe at both the property and navigating through the surrounding area. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!
