One of the worst experiences in my time with using VRBO. The house miss represented and failed to live up to the expectations that was in the listing. The listing has four bathrooms yet only two of the bathrooms were usable. The reason for this was that you could not go to the bathroom in two of them because they were electronic toilets that used in electric motor to push the water through the pipes. You could not even use toilet paper in the bathroom. So for six bedrooms only two bathrooms were fully operatable. The listing had four bathrooms listed. In addition, they have sound monitors throughout the house and one evening. We were eating dinner with the windows open because the unit does not yet have air-conditioning or airflow on a fan. That location is very noisy, which is listed in the listing but with the doors open to the street and us having dinner we got alarms on our phone that we were over the decibel readings that were set by the property owner. This was at 9 PM at night. The door says you must be quiet after 11 PM. In addition, the exit instructions were very confusing and not listed appropriately. On the wall, they had very minimal instructions yet when we were messaged, we were given some instructions, but then after following up, additional instructions were given. Again, one of the worst managed properties I’ve ever stayed in the fact that the listing was inaccurate for the amount of bathrooms listed is an atrocity.
