The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a garage and elevator.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed with balcony, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet.

￫ Living Room
The living room is an open space with the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa bed, air conditioning and dining table.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Campo de Ourique is a mix of late 19th century buildings mixed with Art Nouveau and small details of 20th century architecture. It's the least touristy neighborhood in central Lisbon and the last stop of trams 25 and 28. The neighbourhood is very popular because there are many traditional shops, restaurants and markets.

This historic and central area is within walking distance of all tourist attractions. Close to the Estrela, Príncipe Real and Amoreiras, you will find different paths where you can find everything you need: bakeries, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

This area is also known for its extreme variety of buses and a metro station that takes you to any part of the city in a few minutes.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

→ Metro
The cheapest is by far the metro with a journey between 20 and 25 minutes. The nearest metro station is Rato, about 600 meters from the apartment.

￫ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. Consumptions above this value will be charged separately.
￫ Parties or any movement that causes discomfort to neighbors are not allowed.
￫ Construction works are taking place in the building with no timetable for completion.
