Worst service ever. Customers are unimportant for them. Well customer satisfaction. I made a reservation for an executive room so I would have a calm relaxing breakfast, a place to work and a 5star service. However, when I arrived they told me the executive floor was closed. They gave me some vouchers that where more a way to upsell than a real excuse. There was no place to work as all the places downstairs are just coaches and to low tables, in the morning there was no personalized services and the calm atmosphere was gone. Last night. However when I arrived at 19h the room was not cleaned bed was not made. Also before whence had executive room we had a view on the city . Now my room was located at the back of the hotel. To conclude: I paid for an executive room but did not receive the service, airconditioning was not working ( receptionist could not help me), no compensation, ( only vouchers for anions of upsell) room service was slow and food was cold when it arrived. (1 time the wrong thing was delivered). Bedroom was not cleaned every day. No working space and no relaxing breakfast.
