Good to Know:

- The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a sofa-bed for 2 guests.
- The building has an elevator. There are two small steps before reaching the elevator lobby. Guests who prefer to use the stairs should expect around 17 steps to reach the apartment.
- Street parking in this area may be limited and subject to availability/payment.
- As in other parts of Lisbon, occasional city or aircraft noise may be noticeable with the windows open. The apartment is well insulated and is generally quiet indoors when the windows are closed.

Campo de Ourique is one of Lisbon’s most charming residential neighbourhoods - calm, local and full of everyday life. It is a great choice for guests who want to stay in a more authentic part of the city, away from the busiest tourist streets, while still having easy access to central Lisbon.

The area is known for its neighbourhood cafés, bakeries, restaurants, small shops and relaxed local atmosphere. Nearby, guests can enjoy the Mercado de Campo de Ourique, a popular food market with casual dining options, as well as Jardim da Parada, a pleasant local garden surrounded by cafés and terraces.

Campo de Ourique is also well positioned for exploring different sides of Lisbon. The areas of Estrela, Amoreiras and Rato are within easy reach, and several bus connections nearby make it practical to move around the city. The famous 28E tram also passes through Campo de Ourique, connecting the neighbourhood with some of Lisbon’s historic areas.

This is not the loudest or most nightlife-focused part of Lisbon, and that is exactly its appeal. It is ideal for guests looking for comfort, good food, local rhythm and a quieter base after a day exploring the city.

Campo de Ourique is more residential and local than touristy.
There are many restaurants, cafés, bakeries and small shops nearby.
The neighbourhood is not directly on a metro line, but buses and taxis/ride-hailing services make it easy to reach the city centre.
Street parking may be limited and subject to payment/availability.
The area is generally calm, but as in most central Lisbon neighbourhoods, some everyday city noise may be heard.

The apartment is set in the calmer, residential neighbourhood of Campo de Ourique, around 8 km from Lisbon Airport, typically a 15–20-minute drive, depending on traffic, and approximately 3 km from Lisbon’s historic centre, including Chiado and Baixa.

It is well connected by bus and tram, making it easy to reach Lisbon’s central areas while staying in a more local and residential part of the city.

The nearest metro station is Rato, on the Yellow Line, around 15 minutes on foot from the apartment. From there, you can connect easily to areas such as Marquês de Pombal, Saldanha and other metro lines.

Several bus routes run nearby, including connections towards Rato, Amoreiras, Restauradores, Campo Grande, Cais do Sodré and other parts of the city. The 758 bus is particularly useful for connecting the apartment with Rato, Príncipe Real, Chiado/Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré.

The famous 28E tram also serves Campo de Ourique/Prazeres, connecting the neighbourhood with some of Lisbon’s historic areas, including Estrela, Chiado, Baixa, Graça and Martim Moniz. The 25E tram is also available nearby, with connections towards the city centre.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
