Super! Highly recommend! Absolute great experience! Many small initiatives in this hotel, that makes it feel like a 5 star hotel! For example at the pool (towels provided), we received a small snack and so did we in the bar lobby complimentary. The room was cleaned squeaky clean every day. Staff at every contact moment, including the men outside at the entrance, are very attentive and welcoming. The rooms are fully equipped with all you need. Breakfast is excellent! Just two small things that we noticed; there are 8 different light switches in one place and it would be nice to have symbols on there what switch is what function; we hit the wrong button in two occasions and it went completely dark haha. Second would be the bath tub; it’s so high, getting in and out could be a bit difficult if you’re not flexible or if you’re short. Overall would ABSOLUTELY recommend booking! Really great experience.

Anarchie bij het zwembad
Uitstekend hotel prima personeel en keuken. Alleen bij het rooftop zwembad is het een anarchie van mensen. Gedoe met handdoeken en ligbedden bezet houden terwijl de gasten er niet zijn. Het bar personeel houdt geen toezicht. Wij waren 3 dagen in het hotel en wilden niet vechten om een plaatsje dus hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad, jammer

My stay at Epic SANA was wonderful, despite being only 24 hours. It's one of my favorite hotels, conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport. Taking a cab from the airport proves to be easier and more cost-efficient than pre-booking. The fare was approximately 10 euros. The hotel exudes a calming and relaxing atmosphere, with fantastic amenities and practical yet impressive decor. It's certainly a highly recommended hotel, with spacious surroundings. While we didn't dine at the Italian restaurant, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, where the DJ provided fantastic entertainment. The lobby bar offered reasonably priced drinks and delicious cocktails. Beatriz at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of her customers and went out of her way to accommodate us, granting a late check-out for which we were grateful. Her communication skills and dedication to her role were evident – thank you, Beatriz! The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it easily accessible, with a 30-40 minute walk offering delightful scenery and quaint streets to explore. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent, featuring a vast selection of fresh bakery items, food, and fruits. It provided a great start to the day. We didn't have time for a treatment, the spa was a relaxing and clean space, and we were grateful to be able to use the facilities for free. Definitely recommend this hotel.
