Ideal for families or groups of friends, this apartment features a welcoming living area with a lounge and kitchen on the lower floor. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing, socialising and watching TV after a day of discoveries.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to pots, crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge to assist you in your daily life.

The sleeping area is strategically distributed to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for everyone. On the lower floor, you will find a harmonious double room with a double bed. Going upstairs, the space reveals two more pleasant double rooms, both elegantly decorated, equipped with double beds and wardrobes to store your belongings.

The property has two bathrooms: a practical full bathroom with a shower on the lower floor, and a second bathroom upstairs with a bathtub.

The bathrooms have all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and access to the accommodation is exclusively via stairs, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Located in one of the most charismatic and authentic neighbourhoods of the capital, in the welcoming area of Ajuda, this accommodation offers you the perfect retreat where neighbourhood tranquillity meets the vibrant energy of Lisbon. The neighbourhood is marked by a picturesque and genuine atmosphere, with its typical Portuguese cobblestones and the constant breeze from the Tagus river. A short distance away, you can explore the imposing Palácio Nacional da Ajuda or head down to the cosmopolitan LX Factory in Alcântara for a unique urban art and contemporary gastronomy experience. A stroll to the neighbouring and monumental area of Belém is absolutely unmissable, where you can marvel at the Jerónimos Monastery and savour the world-famous original pastéis de nata.

Despite enjoying all this historic serenity, the proximity to the vibrant heart of Lisbon is exceptional. Thanks to an excellent and varied public transport network, within minutes you will be entering the epicentre of the "city of light". You will have easy and quick access to the cosmopolitan elegance of Chiado, the architectural grandeur of Praça do Comércio and the enchanting alleyways of Alfama, where the true soul of Fado echoes. You can get lost in the iconic viewpoints with breathtaking views and experience all the cultural richness of the capital, returning comfortably to your peaceful haven at the end of the day.

Beyond this privileged connection to the historic centre, this location serves as an excellent logistical and strategic base for exploring the major tourist attractions of the entire surrounding region. With easy access to the rail and road network, planning itineraries becomes incredibly practical. From here, it is very easy to catch the train on the Cascais line to be dazzled by the beaches and coastal charm of the Cascais bay. Head northwest to be fascinated by the romantic magic and historic heritage of Sintra, or cross the neighbouring and imposing Ponte 25 de Abril bridge for a day of sun on the vast sands of Costa da Caparica and marvel at nature in the Arrábida Natural Park!

The property is located in a historic neighbourhood with excellent access to the city centre and main tourist areas.

By train, Alcântara-Terra station (Cascais Line) is nearby with a direct connection to Cais do Sodré and the centre of Lisbon. Alcântara-Mar station (train) also offers connections to Cais do Sodré and Cascais.

By bus, several Carris lines pass through the area, allowing access to Chiado, Belém, Santos and other central areas of the city.

By tram, Tram 15E (Algés – Praça da Figueira) has a nearby stop, being a convenient option to reach Belém or the historic centre.

By car, the property has easy access to the A5 (Lisbon-Cascais) and the 2ª Circular, making it simple to travel to other areas of the city and surroundings.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (Lisbon) is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
