Lisbon Cozy Nest in Santa Catarina

The apartment is located in the area where the annual Festas dos Santos Populares take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this region can get quite lively, and noise can be expected!

￫ Building
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center of Lisbon. Access to the apartment is via stairs.

The exposed wooden beams and original wooden flooring, along with perfectly placed pops of color, give the space charm and personality.

Please note that the floors are original from the time the building was constructed, so they may have some unevenness.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe.

￫ Living Room
The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and a dining table for four. It connects to the kitchen through a small window with a countertop.

￫ Bathroom
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower (accessible via a step). Please note that due to the architecture of the roof, some areas have low ceilings.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

The apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundromat just a 1-minute walk away, at 48 Rua dos Poços dos Negros.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please inform us of your flight number and the expected arrival time at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. These details are very important for our team coordination and to provide you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

The apartment is located in the iconic neighborhood of Santa Catarina, in the heart of Lisbon's old town. Nearby, you'll find the city's most beloved restaurants, bars, and historical landmarks, as well as a stunning viewpoint with restaurants overlooking the river. This is a highly sought-after area in Lisbon.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk from two metro stations and the train station, and just a block away from the famous tram 28!

If you're traveling by plane from Lisbon Airport, there are a few options to get to the property!

￫ Metro
The cheapest option is definitely the metro, with a journey time of about 30-40 minutes. The nearest metro station (Baixa-Chiado) is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Cars
Taxis and Uber are also available, but if you prefer to arrive more quickly and easily, you should contact us so we can arrange a transfer service that will be waiting for you at the airport (subject to an additional cost).

￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Cot and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
