We had the top floor of this apartment for close to a week. Here's the good and the bad. Bad: Check in is horrible. There's absolutely no communication about how to go about it. There's no email response to query. I only found the self check in on there website by chance (again no instruction). The Web self check in is horrible as well. They never emailed me the access codes. Now getting to the property we were stuck outside without a code. Finally buzzed the property and they let us in through the front door where there's a machine for check-in inside the building. There's no person to talk to or ask questions. We were finally able to get in the building. Party. The rule says no partying but our next door neighbor was clearly having a big party with drunken noises late into the night. Again, because there's no concierge or any one on site we couldn't report it. Thankfully it was only one night. Bathroom. Poor design and water drains very slowly at the bath. Leaves a big puddle of water after showering. Not deal breaker. Good: The balcony and view from the unit is amazing! It's practically a miradouro at your unit! We enjoyed the view, especially at sunset, very much. Location is amazing. It's right next to the cable car and the miradouro. Very walkable location. They cleaned our unit everyday. Safe location. There's also a mini safe in the unit.

tivemos problema no acesso à propriedade pois o hotel não atendia ligações na véspera, e não mandou por e-mail código de acesso. Ressalte-se que a propriedade não dispõe de recepção. Outro porém foi o tamanho do elevador e o espaço mínimo para o check in. Custo benefício bom, mas também tivemos problemas com a agua quente, e mais uma vez, ninguem para poder reclamar ou ajudar.

Hot water runs out
Hot water ran out in 15 minutes shower, twice in 5 nights. There were 3 of us, shower time 5-10 minutes each, the last to have the shower had basically no hot water, boiler meter went from around 70 degree to 20 degree in a matter of minutes and stayed that way for hours. Probably fine in hot summer but for January, it’s an execution. Our toothpaste got thrown away but we only found out when we were about to to go bed so we had to brush our teeth with water. Our pyjamas also got mixed in our pile of outside clothes which is disgusting. Otherwise, location and view are good, that’s all.

셀프 체크인은 정말 불편해요
우선 시설은 좋아요. 침대도 좋고, 거실도 넑고 , 위치도 좋고 다 좋았습니다. 가까이에 푸니쿨라 종점과 전망대도 있고...호시우역에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만 넘 넘 좋았어요, 하지만.......직원이 없고, 기계로 셀프 체크인을 해야 했는데. 기계가 고장났는지 체크인을 할 수가 없었고, 전화로 담당지직원하고 통화했는데도 신속한 조치가 이뤄지지 않아서 거의 1시간을 기다렸습니다. 다행히 숙박객 중 친절한 포루투갈 가족분들이 직원과 전화로 의사소통을 해주셔서 간신히 입실할 수 있었습니다. 도와주신 포루투갈 가족분들 정말 감사합니다. 셀프 체크인은 정말 불편합니다.. 그것만 아니라면 다음에 또 방문 의사 있지만, 시정되지 않으면 방문하지 않을 것입니다.

The place is nice and spacious and has good view of the city but it's quite a steep climb to get to. Property management's response time is poor. When the safe malfunctioned, we tried calling the property management contact line several times but did not get answered. So you're on your own if you have issues and no one is there to help.

The apartment was very nice, clean with all the necessities. My issue was the lack of communication on how to access the apartment. The website indicates that I would receive information on accessing the apartment about 48 hours before our reservation arrival date. I did not receive any information. I eventually had to call and spoke to some who told me that they don’t follow that process any longer. When I arrived I needed to ring a buzzer and I would be let in. I needed to store luggage and was given the address of a different apartment building where they had storage. Once again ring the buzzer and I would be let in. When I arrived I couldn’t determine what button was the buzzer. I did not have a door code so I could not get in. I was let in by someone else staying in the building and once again had to call the contact number. This person finally provided me with a door code for the apartment building I would be staying at. She informed me that inside the entry was a self checkin kiosk that would provide the apartment entry code. I stored my luggage and then walked to the building where I would be staying. I completed the self checkin process and received the appropriate codes. Eventually, I moved my luggage to my place. All the codes worked. I tried to email the property management company numerous times before I arrived in Barcelona to verify that I would be provided a code before checkin. I never received a response from them. Poor communication.

Die Lage ist super, das Appartement sauber und modern. Das Bett war super, wir haben gut geschlafen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ( wurde als Bett genutzt) könnte etwas komfortabler sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein kleiner Kiosk ( Laden) in ca 100 m bergabwärts. Das war super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment itself was nice however they did not provide the access code to enter the building, despite my multiple attempts to contact them. If there were not people inside to let us in, we would have been stuck outside with all of our luggage. I do not know how they expect people to enter the building without the access code at first.

The flat is amazing and has a privileged location. The only thing it was a bit slow was the Virtual reception. My hotels.com reservation number wasn't working, the screen went blank, we have to wait for about 30 minutes because people is not used to it and take long time to register all the guests, one by one. Also we run out of toilet roll, and obviously was nobody physically who we can ask... Taking this out, the accomodation is very good

Wonderful stay for our family of three. Very clean, great bathroom (good shower, modern fixtures, great water pressure). Daily cleaning and towels are offered, but we only requested room service every three days. Kitchen is well furnished and there is even a washer in the bedroom cupboard. Good amount of storage, modern and exceptionally well designed. Smart tv is large, and you can connect your own Netflix account. We were in apt 303 with a beautiful panoramic view from a balcony, similar to the mirador right above the apartment. Very quiet and very suitable for families. It's close to many restaurants, cafés and transpo of all kinds - location is top-notch. Only caution: you are at the top of one of Lisbon's many steep hills, so this location is best for reasonably able bodied people.

Gångavstånd till sjukhuset Sao Jose
Principle Real är mycket kuperat. Vi stannade för att ha närhet till sjukhuset São José. Vi fick gå mycket i trappor men Uber underlättar en del. Lägenheten var belägen längst ned och hade en liten uteplats. Skönt då det är skuggigt och svalkande. Bra utrustat kök för 4 personer. Litet kylskåp och frysfack.

The location was top! We were right in the middle of everything but on a quiet side street! The apartment is close to everything. A short walk to Rossio train station, restaurants, trams and coffee shops. It was also a great size with a large living area and good sized rooms. It is also serviced like a hotel, which I did not anticipate but it was good to know we would not run out of the essentials. The only inconvenience was a surprise repair visit for a previous issue. It would have been nice to arrange a time by email. It was a fantastic stay.

We never received a communication on a code to get into the lobby to register. We had to wait outside to be let in by other tenants. No clear instructions about pre registering or how this is to work. Need clearer communication

The property had all the amenities. Housekeeping did a great job with keeping the apartment clean. They made sure we had enough towels and that the bed was made up. The location was not ideal for us as it was not wheel chair friendly and accessing transportation was difficult. We were so thankful for UBER. Located on the top of the hill made getting around difficult and unsafe at times.

I liked being in the historic district. The kitchen was well equipped. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the shower door doesn't close completely so the floor gets lightly flooded when someone takes a shower. I liked that it was a keyless entry to the building and the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
