Het hotel zelf was goed, werd goed schoon gehouden en er was altijd vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst een envelop gekregen met daarop verschillende restaurants in de buurt. Nadeel was wel, dat het erg gehorig is, vooral voetstappen van de bovenburen zijn heel goed te horen. En de ramen openen naar een binnenplaats van 2 vierkante meter waardoor je bij de overburen naar binnen kan kijken en alle gasten die het raam open hebben kunnen mee luisteren als je in de douche zingt. Maar verder erg genoten van het hotel

Kleinschalig hotel. Kamer is klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt is goed maar elke dag hetzelfde. Hotel is gehorig, zo hoor je bijvoorbeeld de metro onder het hotel. Prijs kwaliteit is keurig in verhouding, binnen 20 minuten wandel je naar de toeristische hoogtepunten.

It was convenient, centrally located, staff was helpful. We enjoyed the balcony the nights were very quiet. Room was clean, housekeepers were friendly and courteous. The front desk staff were helpful, so were the people at breakfast.

Lovely hotel
Friendly staff, lovely welcome with food and drink, comfortable rooms with all i needed, really good bathroom. Breakfast was really good. Breads, pastries, meat and cheese. Cereal and cooked food.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. In the lobby, you will get pastel de nata and other small sweet treats to welcome you. The area seemed a bit rough, but the hotel was at very short distance to central Lisbon. We had a great stay at LX Soho Boutique and we recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt hier war super. Genau an der Metro bzw Bus und Tram. Das Personal war äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war spontan gebucht und war ebenfalls sehr lecker und vielfältig. Sehr zu Empfehlen!

We booked one of the comfort rooms and were surprised with how spacious it was, the bed was massive, loads of storage space and a huge bathroom The bed was incredibly comfy and the staff were awesome. Each person I interacted with was incredibly friendly Only slight issue is that the bedding wasn’t quite as crisp and clean as it perhaps should be

We had an upstairs neighbor up until 3am and the soundproofing was terrible. We couldn't sleep at all. It was a really rough night. We called the desk at 10:30pm but the sound continued.

Amateur Operation
One of the reasons I chose this place was that it had a queen bed. When I got to my room it was two twins, which does not work for a romantic stay. When I told the staff, at first they said there was nothing they could do. Eventually, they said I could be put in some other building across the street. The room did have a queen, but did not have a street view like promised, and the building was in bad repair and mostly abandoned. I was told a new key card would be brought to me, but after 20 minutes I had to track the worker down in the other hotel. This whole process took a great deal of time and I was late to see my friends. I was never given Wi-Fi code for the new room, and the bathroom was poorly stocked. I get the feeling this place might be ok if everything goes according to plan, but if not, they just really do not have the capacity to deliver anything above a subpar experience.

Fantastic location, and very smart hotel. Comfy, large beds and well appointed bathroom. The staff were pleasant. My only slight complaint was I felt there were not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Overall a wonderful place which made getting to know lisbon a dream.

La chambre était moderne et propre mais un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Le personnel à l’accueil était fantastique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien et à deux pas du métro.

Excellent location near Anjos metro station with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. You can see all of Lisbon walking by here. The modern hotel has clean rooms, a good breakfast, and very professional and friendly staff. The breakfast seating area becomes a bar/restaurant at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Cosy but missing a few small details.
Cosy hotel, however as a boutique hotel some small things were missing compared to other boutique hotels which are all about the experience. Extra pillows, toiletries, better coffee with milk options etc. Staff were very friendly and the reception/breakfast area is very nice. Location is good and close to the Metro.

Superb hotel. We only stayed one night. Hotel website indicates there is an airport shuttle. This is the reason I booked it the night before our flight home. There is no airport shuttle. :(. The hotel is a bit noisy at night, but the rooms are lovely and the staff is wonderful.

I loved LX Soho Boutique Hotel. The location was great, and it had a fun trendy feel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clear thay they wamted every customer to feel wecome.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Rooms are so nice, really liked the bathrooms, very clean. Has balcony views, close to metro and city center. Also the front desk personnel are all so lovely and helpful. Highly reccomend staying here, will only choose this hotel for any future stays in Lisbon!

: proche métro; décoration; petit dej sucré et salé; -: pas de bouteille d'eau offerte comme indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel; le personnel est gentil mais peu enclin à satisfaire la clientèle (il a indiqué que nous devions aller acheter l'eau au Auchan à côté, nous avons demandé 2 oreillets supplémentaires nous n'en avons eu qu'un seul, le personnel ne savait comment utiliser la smart TV) oreillets trop fins, matelas très dur, smart TV sans Netflix, chambre jamais nettoyée une fois comme l'autre (serviette remise en place alors que mise parterre pour être changée, pas de verre pour brosse à dent, pas d'apres shampooing, pas de papier toilette remis nous avons appelé la réception qui n'a jamais donné suite...

Satisfactory Overall. Staff cheated over drinks.
It was all pleasant with the stay over at LX Soho Hotels. Breakfast was more than our expectations and very quick service. Small room, windows were blocked by wall so could not see outside. However we had a silver member wellcome free drinks that we wanted to claim on our 2nd night and we have mentioned this to the staff. They let us sit at the restaurant and took our order. At the end we were told by one of the staff that one drink we ordered was not included in the free wellcome drink. Why they did not mention this while ordering. I belive this was a very cheap move by the staff.
