The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home; a comfortable and well-connected studio apartment in a prime location in Lisbon. The real highlights of the home are the balcony where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air and also modernly decorated interior.
Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful décor and space-saving design. Whether you’re spending your time chilling out with friends or family, or you’re coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home! The sofa even converts into a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.
In the living area, there is also a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements. In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the bathroom, where you can enjoy an energizing shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have the entire property to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for shower.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the shore of the Tejo River, between the old downtown and the Belém district, Alcântara is a rejuvenated post-industrial area, now filled with artists, entrepreneurs, and creative industries, as well as a good selection of trendy bars and restaurants. No stay in the area is complete without a shopping trip to The LX Factory; a chic and hip road of converted warehouses that are home to boutique shops such as the brilliant Ler Devagar Bookshop and plenty of restaurants offering an eclectic mix of cuiromasines. The Sunday flea market is also a treat. Visit the Museu da Carris to learn about the history of the city’s transport network, especially the iconic yellow trams, or the Museu do Oriente, to learn about Portugal’s ties to Asia during the age of discoveries.
For restaurants and bars, Alcântara is a fun and unpretentious place to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat. Rio Maravilha in The LX Factory is a popular rooftop bar that serves both delicious food and great cocktails, with terrace seating looking across the city and the river. For those with a sweet tooth looking for the perfect dessert, then Landeau in The LX Factory is considered by some to make one of the best chocolate cakes in the world.

Bus: From Praça Armada you can catch bus lines 713, 714, 727 and 773 - 1 min walk. Train: Station Alcântara Terra is 5 min walk and you can take the train to the city center (towards Cais do Sodré) and to Cascais (towards Cascais).
