Perfect for the Belem region
Nice hotel. Little noisy due to the closeby bridge (especially the train). Good to explore the region of Belem, less suited for the historical region (little public transportation options close by, good for your daily steps). There are some cool restaurants nearby. The breakfast is elaborate with healthy and less healthy options and the staff is friendly. There is always free water (plain or pimped) available at the lobby which is a nice plus. If you have a choice ask for a room on the top floor where you can enjoy a nice view over the river.

Vooral perfect voor congresbezoekers.
Ideaal hotel als home wanneer je het congrescentrum bezoekt. Klein beetje ver weg van het centrum, maar heel snel ben je aan het water voor heerlijke wandelingen.

Hotel staff was kind, but did not offer me any advice on where to eat when I asked. This is strange. Room 720 was noisy with en suite to the other room. Staff placed another party there anyway the next day... Hotel spa not friendly personnel, could not book a massage for the same day and offered no alternatives.

Mooi hotel naast de rode brug
Lisboa kaart voor 3 dagen gekocht om met alle OV te kunnen reizen. Om de hoek van het hotel zijn diverse bushaltes en tramhaltes die naar Cais do Sodré (metrohalte in het centrum) gaan. Hotel is heel comfortabel. Het geruis van auto's op de rode brug is niet hinderlijk als je in bed ligt. Elke ochtend klopte de schoonmaakster op de deur voordat ze probeerde de deur te openen om te gaan schoonmaken. Dat was een minpunt, want je wordt er toch wakker van.

Vila Gale Opera
Hotel ziet er leuk uit en de ligging tussen Oude binnenstad en Belem is handig als je bij congrescentrum moet zijn, want daar ligt het pal naast. Het hotel ligt aan de voet van de Portugese Golden Gate bridge en dat is een probleem. Door gebrekkige geluidsisolatie word je gek van de herrie. Op zaterdagavond werd dat nog veel erger doordat een disco aan de beregezellige dockside cafes aan de overzijde aan de kade van de Taag tot 0500 doorgaat. Als je hier wil slapen moet je ofwel oordoppen meenemen of minstens een kamer aan de niet-Taag zijde vragen (dan maar geen uitzicht). Eten en drank zijn prima en redelijk geprijsd. Onhandig en onvriendelijk dat internet en gebruik van zwembad weer apart worden berekend. dat is niet van deze tijd.

Viajamos en familia y la habitación familiar estupenda y las vistas geniales. El personal muy amable. La posibilidad de piscina cubierta y el guimnasio una maravilla. El desayuno estupendo. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho. Solo necesitaría una mejor insonorización aunque se descansa bien y mejor comunicación entre recepción y restauración a la hora de informar de las opciones para comer. Mejor el bar que el buffet de cena y nos enteramos tarde de todas las opciones que había.

Ihan hyvä hotelli rannan tuntumassa ja kävelymatkan päässä monista paikoista. Lisäksi läheltä pääsi muilla kulkuyhteyksillä keskustaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelutahtoisia. Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Ainoa mainitsemisen arvoinen asia oli se, että oli päätyhuone jonne lähijunan ja viressä olevan sillan liikenteen melu kuului todella selkeästi.

Enjoyable stay at Vila Gale Opera Hotel
Vila Gale Opera Hotel if you have any Summit at Lisbon Congress Centre, convenient 4 min walk, close to downtown or take tram to downtown, excellent for day/evening walk/run along Tagus River. Delicious buffet breakfast/dinner, I highly recommend this hotel! I will stay there if I am ever back to Lisbon!

The staff were friendly, our room was not ready when we arrived two hours after check in time but was resolved in about 30 minutes. Paid underground parking is confusing as to how to pay when leaving. The beds were extremely hard and limited pillows. It was fine for one night as we wanted to be in the area and it was affordable but wouldn’t stay multiple nights.

Wonderful stay at Lisbon
This is a really very good stay at Lisbon. The location is very convenient to visit Belem district with nearby tram connections. Several food options in the walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the employees were very courteous. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

I have no idea how this is 4 stars. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as other peoples hair were still in the bed. Staff appear unable to organise taxi's so be ready with uber app. It is like a 1970's throw back in decor and not in a good way. No iron, no tea or coffee facilities. Very expensive and would avoid
