A 13 m² twin room with two comfortable single beds, air conditioning, TV, and minimalist décor. Compact, functional, and restful after a day in the city - though, like many old Lisbon buildings, sound can travel, so light sleepers might want earplugs.

If you wish to use public transportations, here are a few options:

- Taxi:
Taxis are readily available at the airport. You can proceed to the designated taxi stands. The journey to Saldanha typically takes around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

- Metro:
Lisbon Airport is connected to the metro network. You can take the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) from Aeroporto Station and travel to Picoas Station. The journey duration is approximately 15 minutes. From Picoas Station, it's just a short walk to the Guest House (about 5 minutes).

- Airport Shuttle: Some shuttle services operate between the airport and different locations in Lisbon. These shuttles provide convenient door-to-door transportation. You can check for available shuttle services and book in advance to ensure a smooth transfer to your apartment.

￫ The property is self-catered. Some items are provided as a courtesy, such as basic hygiene products and coffee capsules; however, all other items must be purchased by the guest.
￫ Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. Additional bedding and towel sets have an extra cost of €12.50.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning.
￫ Intermediate cleaning is included for stays equal to or exceeding 5 days, without a change of bedding and towels.
￫ Intermediate cleaning is included for stays equal to or exceeding 7 days, with a change of bedding and towels.
￫ Extra cleanings or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee (€15 for extra cleaning and €25 for extra cleaning with a change of bedding and towels) — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Common areas are cleaned daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
￫ According to Portuguese law, information about our guests' passports will be collected.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
