ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.'

'1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5)...

The person at the front desk said that he would turn on the room AC and it would be cold when I arrived. He not only had the room ready, but he also asked the next AM if the room was cold enough! I've traveled a lot as an engineer in multiple countries, but I rarely recall staff ever following up to make sure all was well'
