'I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell. '

'Was easy to locate. Property had some minor issues but nothing we couldnt adapt to. Biggest problem were condtion of couch/bed and some of the cleanliness issues. Pool was great, beds were great, a/c was awesome. Space was perfect for our family (15)! If ever needed again will definitely choose this house. '

'We had a wonderful stay. The accomodations were as described, and the small hitches didn't really complicate anything too much. I couldn't get the Keurig in the kitchen to work, and the light in the master bathroom flickered like a strobe light when it was first turned on, for several minutes, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. '

'I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. '

'I came to tampa with my friends for a concert and we only stayed one night but overall the place was nice, clean, well prepared, the area was really quiet and nice. The administrator for the place was really nice and accommodating and reaponded quickly to any request. If I come back to tampa for longer I would definitely try to stay here again. '

'The property was very lovely. We were delayed in checking in because the previous tenants had been there for a while and it took longer to clean. The host was most gracious and apologize and went over the top to make sure our stay was good because there were things that needed to be fixed and cleaned up because of the previous tenant. The host were quick to answer questions or fix anything that was not working. I would recommend this place and it is centrally located to everything. '

'This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely.
